She has written a devotional book that corresponds with aspects of wedding planning called A Bride’s Devotional, which can be found on The Sweet Christian Bride website—a perfect companion to her book The Purposed Bride. Additionally, Lindsay is a contributing writer for the leading Christian marriage website Start Marriage Right (www.startmarriageright.com). An avid attendee of marriage conferences and participant in marriage ministries, she and her husband Chris launched the Young Marrieds ministry at their Los Angeles church, Water’s Edge. They continue to partner in ministering to married couples as part of their mission to strengthen marriages for God’s glory. Lindsay received her BA in English from Yale University and lives with her husband in Los Angeles, CA.

An incredible resource for Christian brides

Written from a Biblical perspective, it covers every area possible that a bride would need to consider as she prepares for her wedding. It is incredibly specific in details and encouraging as well in its personal stories from brides. Lindsay is a person of integrity and deep passion. She writes from her own experiences as well as her desire to help other women plan one of the most important days of their lives, We will gladly recommend this resource to couples who attend our weekend seminar, The Significant Marriage!

Step by Step Planning

Loved this book. It's very detailed in its planning ideas, and gives scenarios to support and help visualize the author's suggestions. Planning a wedding can be stressful, so this book helps break down planning components into manageable tasks, all the time giving a Christian slant of honoring Christ, spouse, family and friends on such a special day.

Fantastic Gift for the Newly Engaged

I loved this book because it walks through every stage a women goes through in planning her wedding. Lindsay has not left anything out. It has great tips and guidelines that will help navigate rough waters BEFORE they arrive. My husband and I offer pre-marital mentoring and this has become a must read for our brides to be. I don't know of another resource out there like this! Prayer is so key in walking through preparation for anything in life and of course - Lindsay Tracy Hall has peppered this book with lots of suggestion with that in mind. You can not go wrong giving this to a bride to be.
