Es excelente libro que enseña en forma práctica la Ma neta de evolucionar a estados más elevados. Al basarse en energía, medible y posible de constatar y sentir, acompaña al individuo en su propia jornada de evolución. Además de lo practico, estimula con conceptos sobre la personalidad y aspectos de psicología, que los explica y transmite quitándoles toda complejidad. Es realmente un manual de desarrollo hacia el dominio de uno mismo.. Gracias por haberlo puesto al servicio de las personas.

He leido este libro varias veces y cada vez aprendo mas. Muy suave y asertivo vocabulario que invita a leerlo mas de una vez. Me ha servido de mucho y practico casi a diario las técnicas.
